Shopfronts, offices, strata and end-of-lease work
Commercial painting is a scheduling problem as much as a painting one. We work after hours, over weekends and between tenants so your trading, your staff and your tenancies are not disrupted.

What this covers
If it is on this list it is part of a standard quote. If it is not, ask, because it is usually still something we do.
- Shopfronts and retail interiors
- Offices and reception areas
- End-of-lease and between-tenant repaints
- Strata common areas and corridors
- Warehouses and industrial spaces
- Cafes, salons and medical rooms
How we approach it
Work when you are closed
After hours, overnight and weekend scheduling so the doors stay open and the space is ready for trade in the morning.
Fast turnaround between tenants
Vacancy costs more than paint. We quote quickly and slot end-of-lease repaints in tight windows to get the property back on the market.
Documented and compliant
Public liability cover, safety documentation and inductions where a site requires it. Paperwork ready before we arrive.
Durable, cleanable finishes
Commercial traffic destroys domestic paint. We spec washable, hard-wearing systems for corridors, kitchens and high-touch areas.
Common questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most retail and hospitality clients we do. There is usually a modest loading for overnight work, which we itemise in the quote so you can weigh it against lost trade.
Do you do end-of-lease repaints for landlords?
Regularly. We can quote from a condition report or an agent brief, and turn most units around in two to three days so the property is back on the market quickly.
Are you insured for commercial sites?
Yes. We carry public liability cover and can provide our certificate of currency plus safety documentation before we start on site.
